What to expect
- Supported input
- JPEG, PNG, and WebP images up to 30 MB each, with a maximum batch of 20.
- Output control
- Choose JPEG, PNG, or WebP and set quality for JPEG and WebP output.
- Original files
- The browser creates new copies; it does not rename or overwrite source images.
Try a concrete example
- Input and settings
- A 2400 × 1600 image; set a 1200 × 1200 bounding box with Keep proportions enabled.
- Expected result
- A 1200 × 800 copy without cropping or stretching. Choose WebP for a web image, or JPEG when the receiving application requires it.
Limits and alternatives
File size depends on the image and quality setting; a smaller pixel count does not guarantee a particular KB size. SVG, HEIC, RAW, and animated image workflows are not supported. Keep the original if metadata or print quality matters.
